These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of inBFF.com, the inBFF mobile/desktop apps, and all related services (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use inBFF.

2. About inBFF

inBFF is a group travel planning and expense sharing platform that helps friends and groups organize trips, split costs, and coordinate travel experiences together.

3. Eligibility

  • Have legal authority to agree to these Terms
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Not use the platform for illegal activity

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your login details secure. We may suspend accounts for misuse or security risks.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Use the platform for legitimate group travel planning
  • Respect group agreements and trip decisions
  • Pay or settle shared expenses honestly
  • Do not misuse payment or splitting features

6. Payments & Expense Sharing

inBFF may facilitate splitting and tracking of group travel expenses. Users are responsible for ensuring payments and reimbursements between group members are accurate and agreed upon.

7. Platform Usage Rules

  • No fraud or misrepresentation
  • No abuse of payment or split features
  • No illegal travel-related activity
  • No harassment or harmful behavior in groups

8. Third-Party Services

inBFF may integrate with payment processors, mapping tools, or travel-related services. Use of those services is subject to their own terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

inBFF is not responsible for disputes between users, travel issues, or external service failures. The platform is provided “as is.”

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated version.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
